VENDOR INFORMATION 
 

If you are a vendor and you are interested in taking part of this event, here are a few details that you need to know:

We will be renting out 10x10 spaces to 15 local makers at a time. There are 3 different rental options for you to choose from:
  • Option 1- Full Event Rental from November 1- December 26 (open during mall hours)
  • Option 2- Monthly Rental- Choose whether you want to apply for November or December
  • Option 3- Weekly Rental- From Monday-Sunday (open during mall hours)
  • Option 4- Half week/Week end rental (limited time offer)
Since spots are limited to only 15 vendors at a time- we will only be accepting 1 vendor per category (or type of product) at a time. 
 
Each vendor is required to have their own booth set up. The goal is to bring a beautiful shopping experience to our shoppers, so we expect our vendors to have a well planned booth set up.

Will tables, booths and chairs be provided?
Makers will have to provide their own setup including tables, booth and chairs. We ask that you treat your space as how you would if you had a small shop. (see our vision above)
 
Does our booth need to be staffed at all times?
Yes. But if you need assistance on certain days- our staff can be trained to man your booth for an extra fee. 
 
Do we take commission?
No we do not. You only have to pay the rental fee, all sales will go directly to you.
 
What happens if the city shuts down?
 You will receive a refund for your rental fees.
 
What is your cancelation policy?
30 days prior to the date booked will get a refund, anything less than 30 days will not be refunded as we do not know if we can fill that spot.
