Do you ship directly to recipients?
Yes. We can ship individual boxes directly to multiple addresses across Canada — ideal for remote teams, client lists, or event giveaways. Please include a full address list with your inquiry.
Are the products non-perishable?
Yes. Our corporate gift boxes are curated around shelf-stable, non-perishable local products, making them safe to ship and store without refrigeration.
What is the minimum order for bulk gifting?
We accommodate orders of any size, but bulk pricing and custom branding are available for orders of 10 boxes or more. Single boxes can also be purchased directly from our online store.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing bulk orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for curation, assembly, and shipping. For holiday or peak-season orders, 4–6 weeks is preferred.
Can I add custom branding or a message card?
Absolutely. We offer custom message cards and can incorporate your branding or logo into the packaging. Details can be discussed during the collaboration step.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and box size. For bulk multi-address orders, shipping will be quoted as part of your corporate order estimate.
